 Specialty Foods was born in 2009 when founder, Randall Sanders, saw a tremendous gap in the bread industry: a top-quality product that was baked with fine ingredients and had the true look, feel and taste like that straight out of your mama’s kitchen. With a vision to provide excellent-quality brands to food service, Randall knew he wanted Specialty Foods to be an industry leader in values, quality and ethics. 


Joined by his two sons, Wesley and Will, the three Sanders men and their loyal team have pioneered and perfected three incredible product lines: 

Mama Turney’s Pies, Ginny’s Waffles and Ma’s Kitchen.

Our customers love and appreciate the level of quality in each of our products, as quality is one aspect we will never compromise on. Ginny’s Homemade Waffles

Our delicious waffles combine an age-old recipe using a special ingredient, Imported Pearl Sugar, conveniently offering you a unique baking product. Made with real butter and contains no artificial ingredients, preservatives or trans fats. No syrup needed.

Ma’s Kitchen

In 1985 Ma’s became a reality. We started making Sour Dough bread for restaurant chains with a recipe that had been in the family for over 100 years. In 2004 we began the production of Ma’s Yeast Roll using her secret family …
